Did you and Kareena Kapoor have problems?

It happened at an event organised by the Sahara group in Lucknow. Kareena Kapoor, Urmila Matondkar, Namrata Shirodkar and I were there. We were supposed to wear cotton salwaar-kameezes with the national flag.

Kareena wanted to a wear ghagra choli with heavy jewellery that she had got specially made for herself. Above all, she was not wearing the national flag. Namrata [Shirodkar] was quite upset seeing Kareena was not abiding with the required uniformity. I told Namrata to pick up her outfit and walk out, so that we could sort it out privately.

Suddenly, something struck Kareena. She started screaming at me at the top of her voice, 'Who the hell are you? Who are you to advise Namrata?' I was flabbergasted and very upset. I left the room, without retorting.

Half-an-hour later, her secretary Jatin [who also happens to be Dia's secretary] knocked at my room to say Kareena wanted to know whether I was ready. A few minutes later, she was talkng to me as if nothing had happened.

I have come to the conclusion that Kareena is a girl who does not realise when she is irrational, unfair and loud.

Kareena has struck again and this time her poor victim is none other than Diya Mirza. The occasion was the Sahara show recently held at Lucknow . It all started when all the participants of the show including Bipasha, Aishwarya, Namrata, Raveena, Preity and Diya were dressed in white salwar kameez with the Sahara sash around their shoulders while Kareena was dressed in ghaghra-choli.

Diya told good friend Namrata about how it would be awkward that they are all uniformly dressed while Kareena was in ghaghra choli sticking as the odd one out."I just told Namrata that won't Kareena look out of place. Kareena heard this and began to shout at me. "What have you got to do with what I wear. It's none of your business. It's my life. I'll do whatever I want. I'll wear whatever I want." Diya added, "I didn't mean it in vicious sense. I wasn't even talking to her. I was talking to Namrata.

Why did she have to make an issue about it?"

So who do you model yourself on?
I have always admired Meena Kumari, Nargisji , Nutanji, Shaban ji and want to bring back that era. I love Kajol and my sister's performances, though I am not an excellent dancer or fond of it like Karisma is. I believe I am a lot like Smita Patil and I greatly admire her. Even though she was not as glamorous as I am and that is because of the kind of films I have done, I still think I am more like her in personality, easy to mould and spontaneous. 🤪 🤣

But somewhere down there is jealousy too, she has made quite a few digs about Ash but Ash never retaliated. Ash is more beautiful, more popular, got bigger films etc. She always wanted to emulate her (she did Tashan only because she wanted to do an Ash in Dhoom 2), then saying she won't have kids for four years after marriage, she said a lot of things, where she indirectly conveyed Ash is her inspiration.

Another reason could be because of Karishma. Her sister has faced a lot of shit in her life after her marriage, and had she been Bachchan Bahu, she could've been as happy as Ash is now. So may be she thinks Ash stole what was her sister's.

Yes she doesn't openly like her but she doesn't dislike her the way she does someone like Priyanka. That's for sure.

Same reason why PC doesn't like Kareena. Same reason why Deepika doesn't like Kareena, Anuska and Katrina.

In that KWK, Ranbir asked her it multiple times while she deliberately tried to avoid answering it (actually she was defensive about answering anything about herself throughout the whole episode).

I think it's because she didn't want to mention that she and Aish had been active in the same few years (early 2000s)...because that would mean that Kareena's been in the industry for a long time, and new and fresher faces have since popped up.
