KD's client (Swami) demonstrates his telekinesis abilities - he makes a phone kilometers away dial KD's cellphone. He thus proves his guilt. KD is still doubtful. He requests for more time to investigate Swamiji's claims. The court adjourns.
KD discusses it with his team - he thinks he was trying to save someone else (Chiranjiv's wife). Swamiji denies this. He insists he is guilty. KD learns from officer that someone from ashram came to visit Swamji in jail. KD follows up and learns Swamiji confessed crime to the visitor as well. He wanted revenge against Chiranjiv for the past.
As Varun n Shravan are leaving ashram they see a lota watering plant on its own in the air! They try to see who is behind this advoot vision and see the guy who claimed he didn't know abc of telekinesis. They think there is someone else too, but that person flees before Varun & Srman catch them. They find a paper with writing on it.
In court, prosecutor says that Swamji has already confessed - case over. KD says there is no evidence supporting Swamji's confession. KD ask Swamiji about a Savitriji. Swamiji gets agitated . KD presents old letter indicating Savitri & Swami were once involved and had a child. The child stays at ashram post Savitri's death, but doesn't know what Swamiji is his father. Swamji wants KD to let this secret remain so. KD refuses and says the real criminal is his son, Anshuman. Swamiji took responsibility to protect his son, as Savitri requested him to do in her final letter.
Prosecutor says Anshuman does not know telekinesis and could not have done the crime. Anshuman asks Swamiji if he is indeed his father. KD tells him this is court and asks him to confirm that Varun & srman saw him practicising telekinesis. He admits it and says he wanted to surprise Guruji with his talent. He asks to go out of the courtroom and demo his talent from outside. He makes the judge's gavel float. He returns to the box. Anshuman denies he is the killer of chiranjiv. Doubt is created who committed the crime - father, son, or someone else familiar with telekinesis. Court is adjourned.
Father and son bond. They both claim innocence to each other. Swamji says KD will figure out who is the killer.
KD and Varun at office. Srman does telekinesis! KD figures out how Srman does it.
In court the prosecutor is puzzled to see KD doing telekinesis. KD explains its just invisible string. That is what happened with Chiranjeev. There was no telekinesis just string. Prosecutor's questions lead to further demonstrations this time with magnet. He explains that's how doors were locked with magnet.
Chiranjeev's wife is called to the stand. KD asks why they came to town. She tries to avoid question - but when pushed its learned she came to meet a director as she is an aspiring actress. KD makes her admit her husband didn't initially know she wanted she wanted to be an actress and then tried to stop her. as he didn't approve of acting. Chiranjeev's wife denies this. KD points out she is the one who called in the crime. Wifey claims its someone else not her. '
Prosecutor says it could be someone who wanted revenge against Chiranjeev and it could be swamji. KD notes thats a change in theory as there was no telekinesis done by the murder. KD calls Viswajeet, the guy who told Swamiji that his son committed the crime. KD questions if Viswajeet had issue with Chiranjeev or wanted to trap Swamji in vengeance. He lied to guruji about Anshuman was guilty so he got control of ashram. KD asks for adjournment
KD has meeting with team and then Swamji in jail. He asks swamji about anything unusual - swamiji mentions a cheque from Cheranjeev, but some people were against what Swamji would do with the money. KD figures out who it was at the ashram who set up Swamji and son. He reveals it to the court. Its another sahayak at the ashram who was after the money donated to ashram by Cheeranjeev. This guy also wanted revenge against Swamiji because swamji didn't want to think about future/retirement of those at the ashram - he wanted to spend money on children, etc.
