I liked this talk. There is also director round table. I shook my head when A2 director said he loved grand masti. 😆

Thanx for the links, watching it right now. LOL at Farhan saying there's no advantage to being from a film background, and then saying he's NEVER had a job outside of film, his first job was as an assistant director. LMAO.

I like these actors but the actresses one for me was much funnier and had more energy. I liked how Ranveer talked about being a "doer" in terms of calling "action" and he needs to do something. Very interesting. LOL on this Jewish American girls accent.

Farhan is so chilled and cool. I can sit and listen to him talk all day long.

The actresses seemed more comfortable. Frankly, I think it was Vidya's presence. She is funny, outspoken, and friendly, as well as being the most respected actress on the panel, IMO. She set the tone for the entire episode.

The actors seemed less informal. I thought Ranveer was like a leashed puppy. He would remain still and quiet while the others were speaking (although he laughed a lot of Irrfan; probably because they know each other well thanks to Gunday). But when it was Ranveer's turn to speak, he nearly burst! 😆

I thought it was interesting when Ranveer and Rajkummar were speaking about how they have to be very careful with their career choices because they are outsiders and every decision is do or die, Farhan was like, "Wah, wah, wah!! 😭 It's hard being an insider too!" (not an exact quote! 😆)

I enjoyed both roundtables, but I definitely enjoyed the actresses more.

Couldn't help but think how Farhan always has respectful things to say about Naseer and yet the latter is always speaking out against him in print. I guess Farhan must be aware of it as Naseer has maintained Farhan can't act since he began to and yet he continues casting him..
Definitely more interesting than the actresses as they gave more of an insight into film making. Had no idea Farhan's breakdown scene was shot first, sequentially, it didn't come across so as it felt like the culmination of his hardships and triumphs together. Also not very often you get to hear about Irfan's beginnings, just the variety of the actors was far interesting enough.
