Dec. 31st: Things I liked

Decent epi but enough random bits that I want to talk about them...lol


1) DV talking to his own conscience...I found this really hilarious cuz his own conscience was laughing at him and shockingly enough making comments like "mazey karo"😕😆...I guess this was Mumbai wala DV version of him...pyar karne se pehle jo happy go lucky rehta tha...ab beda garak😆



2) The introduction of taklu dad...DV is clearly his laadla beta and he seems to dote on him...calling him rockstar and what not...so a little insight into why DV thinks his father will listen to him...cuz he's his dad's fav. child.

A little mention of a third brother that taklu Dad seems to want to ignore but the mother made mention of him deliberately...is it possible that we will get a SANE character in DV's family apart from his mother?😆 Yay for new storylines...waah waah.



3) DV spent most of the epi moping around...and then there was his dream...lol...again he spoke of trust to Saachi...asked her to SAMBHAALO both of them kyunki woh badi hai😆...but even his dream Saachi lagaaoed one TIGHT slap to him😆


4) I liked the scene with Aaji coming over to talk to DV...kal hi Manali was mentioning that they don't give nice long dialogues waale scenes to Aaji aajkal and lo and behold they show one today...kuch aur bhi maang leti, Manali😛😆...nice scene...for a change they didn't use a FOOD analogy😆...this time it was TENNIS BALL waali analogy...Aaji ka focus isn't on food as much naa😆...so one more analogy of building trust and faith...nicely done...and it was nice to see DV cheering up for a bit...

As an aside, it was interesting to see the role reversal...just a few weeks back, DV used to be so exasperated with Saachi when she voiced her fears about losing him...now he is in her shoes...cuz he sees that this revelation has a real chance of actually seperating them...and now he knows what it feels like to be fearful of losing something/someone you love SO much...


5) The last bit with the revelation...I'm not gonna bother talking about Prachi's lame turnaround and chipkoing to her Tai and "Jeeju" now that he turned out to be loaded😕😆...anyways finally Saachi ke dimaag ki batti jali that KUMAR is not the big family she imagined DV to be from...GOEL is😆



Precap...Saachi as expected returns the ring cuz she feels DV was doing timepass with her, all of them...now I know the general reactions about this in the forum and ofcourse it's not nice to see Saachi disrespecting the ring yet again...

But as I was watching this, I was thinking...Saachi's always been like this...when she's in shock, when she's hurt, when she's angry, her mind totally STOPS WORKING...this instance is like that...her first reaction is her blindly lashing out...ignoring ALL that DV said to her as he gave the ring, all the obvious warning signs that DV was worried about losing her...in this moment, her brain doesn't seem to be functioning enough to process any of that...so this is her reaction.

Funnily enough even DV doesn't seem very surprised or hurt🤣

I think DV's is not hurt or surprized because he expected Saahi to behave like this.. He knows this is too big .. poor guy has already spent two days mopping with the issue ..

Yayy! There's a TIL post.. I dont mind not being able to catch the episode too much when there's one of these to read. :) Sounds like an interesting epi! I was hoping against hope that saachi wudnt go into freeze mode again though.. But yeah, i guess it was only expected. :)

Have not seen the episode , but seems like story is moving with Dad coming into picture and mention of the third brother who seems to be have some issues with the family .. interesting

LOL yes him and us, both...we expected her to behave like this only...DV was anyways braced for the worst case scenario...which is exactly what's happening😆

Yes, there was some storyline movement today with the introduction of the dad and I'm curious about this mysterious third brother now.

And I am not surprised with Saachi's reaction and I am sure, if I am in her place, I will react the same. Trust , love etc big words are easier said than following in true sense and Saachi is carrying the baggage of missing her closed ones so she tends to react this way only

Bhanu, it was a very average episode honestly...I think I made the list more out of amusement than anything else...lol...this was a setup epi...asli fireworks will happen tomorrow😆

Yes, Saachi's shock is understandable...but I do feel bad that they always show her returning the ring only...they've undermined that poor ring too much now😕😆

Yes it's easier to talk of trust and love but when the going gets tough, first reactions are more human than ideal...and that is what is happening with Saachi...once she calms down a bit, I'm guessing Aaji-Naani will make her see reason.

Saachi has reacted precisely as we expected...lol...now it remains to be seen how she PROCESSES this development after the initial shock.

I liked the aaji-DV scene today..and Anu..OMG i thought the same..kuch aur hi maang leti 😆 kal hi bola aur aaj poora bhi ho gaya...😆 it was nice to see DV smiling after the scene...last 2-3 epis se uska muh latka hua hota hai...24X7 😆
