Is Shivani really at fault?

When I went and looked back at the episodes I was left wondering if Shivani is totally at fault for her behavior and actions. There has been a lot of discussions about her not using her brains whether she had any and brainwashing and hence this.

Shi has had a very pampered and sheltered upbringing. Dadu made sure that she lived in a bubble free of any troubles. In this bubble everything was shown to her as being rosy and optimistic. She never really had to face any predicaments or struggles as dadu made sure it was dealt with and never reached her.

Also she has always accepted the words at face value as that is what dadu had made her believe . So when people tell her things hence she just takes it blindly.This has made her always believe in what she saw and thats how her grew up. So her brain is trained to always look around and take that for what its worth . As she never had to analyze the situation over her too she has done the same.

She feels R is a traitor and greedy and everything about him is fake because of what she saw. Same with Abhi when he misbehaved she was angry but when he helped with Nishi she totally forgot the Abhi who broke her heart and also misbehaved.

I do understand that everyone is responsible for their actions and that she is not a kid. On the same note everything a kid learns in their childhood and growing up does stick with them and comes up at times of unrest. You do fall back to what has been taught to you.

For shi at present it is

very difficult situtation who to believe & whom not to believe

She is in confusion state of mind

At the end our blood relation will b first whether it's right or wrong

That's my Pov how much we love our inlaws house but a soft corner

Is there for blood relation

So shi is doing the same

This shows she is clen by heart .

She really has a clean heart and thats probably her only fault. She tends to think only black or white and she cannot see that everyone around her like Abhi or Mahima are actually grey.

But does that mean she has short term memory? Has she forgotten that Jazz and Mahima threw her out of the house without a second thought as to how she would survive? Who took her in then? She needs to remember that.

Shivani does not know strategy and Mahima is the queen at that. Mahima is able ot analyze situations and use it to her advantage . And when emotions come to play who does not fall for tears which are timed right.😉

To Shivani them throwing her out meant it was her dadu's wishes and dadu was upset with her so the property went to Jazz. If it had gone to Raghu at that time she may have thought about it but since it went to her OWN brother she did not give it a second thought.

One thing I agree where she is at fault is that when she was homeless and helpless it was R and his family that came to rescue. She thinks now that it was their act and selfishness that they put up with her. They did not know she was penniless and baburams convos time and again just pointed to his greed. Even when they knew they did keep her although most of them were not happy . They did not ill treat her like Sunanda who humiliated her .

Don;t be sorry🤗I totally understand why you can;t. Alot of times even I think Shi could do a lot better.

I am just trying to tell her side of the story as its easy to dislike someone . Over here I am not saying she is correct but there are things that are circumstantial . There is lot more to Shivani that is getting discounted

Many ppl hate shivani now for various reasons. I dont. N its nice to c a post defending her.

My points in her defense below:
Her only crime, if u can call it that is that she forgave j&m. But like you said she is brought up in such a way that she doesn't think much abt ppl's intentions n rather take things at face value. Her bhaiyya said he is sorry, n she believed he is.

Almost evry1 says she has short term memmory. Cos she forgot how badly jas had treated her, n how gud raghu had.
Again, she did not forget but she chose to forgive jass. He said sorry n she thought he is being honest.
N abt raghu, remember she thinks he is after her property. Then wat is any of the "sacrifice" he and his family did, compared to wat they stand to get at the end of 3 months? Nothing!!
She has been insulting raghu at every given chance, agreed. But y isnt raghu doing anything abt it? Raghu can think straight can't he?? He shud knw by now how influenced shi is by the trio, that if he goes on threatening them rather than trying to expose them, they wil use it to their advantage in instigating shi.
N as for feeling angry wit the entire family for sumthing babs said, I blame the timing. She was already under pressure frm the trio, yet she had decided not to hurt the family, but then she overheard babs.
But I wil not defend the stepmom comment cos that was cheap, n sumthing u dnt expect frm a woman of her class.

Now pls take a moment n think wat she wud hav said to raghu if this mu never happened n she got to knw abt the will. I think she wud hav said sumthing like "daju is right in giving u half the property,if I giv my share to u , even that wouldn't b enough for all that u have done for me". Because this is the same woman, who once was ready to giv abhi all her wealth jus to save raghu. The same woman who scolded raghu stating that servants r also human beings who should think of themselves and their loved ones too. The same woman who had taken a bullet for him. The same woman who in spite of being a "spoilt brat" stayed like a servant at her friend's place jus so raghu n his family wil be freed of her burden. Makes me wonder who has short term memmory, indeed.

Very nice post oodles ...agree with u also that Shi behaviour is curcumstantial n her outrage at R can b justified to some extent but after she has known R for so long n seeing him do all things possible for her n daju she should atleast give him one chance to explain himself but she just dont want to listen to hm at all .😲😕 She believes her bro n sil instantly forgetting that they had thrown her out n not once had bothered to check in wht conditions she is in ,If R would not have taken care for then ,shudder to think where she would have landed .She was not at all ready to face the big bad world all alone .Just cant accept that she is thinking all was planned by R n he was doing all that just to get hold of the property .Just cant accept it n the cvs have done a blunder here .😲
