No, I don't think it does. The story is being played out. It's not as if nothing is happening, the episodes move the story along and we see new developments. I tune in to this show every day, and for me this show is keeping my interest. So far only one episode didn't move the story along, and that was the Christmas Eve episode, which was filled with the dances. And that episode too was done well.

The tittle of the show tells us that this show is all about the wedding and what it entails and how many things can and does occur during the ceremony.

It seems slow only because it is a half hour show and they can show only so much during that time.

I think on Tuesday with an hour show maybe they will complete the wedding ceremony.

I mean, I am watching this and watching each episode the day it airs. I don't read the WU before I watch. I don't even wait for the subtitles, I watch the India feed and later watch the episode again with subtitles.
And those that know me know how much it says about what I think of this show.

I honestly don't get the complaints of it being slow. I guess the thinking is that the story is only interesting once the marriage happens and we get to see their wedded life.
