hey jaanus

Salaam Namaste

hope u all r fine

I wud like to ask u sumthin.... We all love to read romance novels. Normally, most people fell that a woman author catches the romance aspect more romantically and vividly than male authors. But one of the greatest romance writers are male. Perfect Example: Nicholas Sparks. He wrote classics like The Notebook and A Walk to Remember. His books made me cry by the end of them. They were so vivid. Yet, people criticise male authors by just calling them weird or gay. Why is that people think woman authors are better at writing romance novels? I, being a woman, admire Nicholas Spark's romance novels than any other female romance novelist.

I would like to know your views.😃

I feel that both Male and Female can write excellent romantic stories, if they are creative. Romance stories, or any stories, are not based on gender, but on the originality, creativity and the language skills of writer, and both the genders are blessed with all these qualities. When writing a romance novel, one has to keep in mind the emotions of girl and of a boy, so both Male and Female writers can be excellent romance writers. 😳

Noe... i wonder if Joanne Kathreen Rowling used her full name on Harry potter books..what would have happened? IMO it might have gone the same way as it is... just becoz a female is writing a children's book bothers publishers.. may be the same happens in this case 😕 Stereotypes?! I guess 🤔

didnt know that publishers have problem with female writers 😲 that would be a stereotype then if it happens. this is just like hearing that females get paid less than males at certain places

JK was told by publishers not to use her name as "Joanne"...just becoz youngters may not be that interested in reading a fiction novel by a female writer😕
