Reason Revealed: Why Singham 2s Shoot Was Postponed!

Post the grand success of Chennai Express, Rohit is totally elated. 2014 too will begin on a soaring note for the star director as Rohit is all prepped to host the fifth season of Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi. However, this in turn has caused some hindrances for Rohit's next film Singham 2, which stars Ajay Devgn in the lead.

Rohit will be flying off to Argentina to shoot for the reality show in February 2014. Apparently February was the month, in which Singham 2 was scheduled to go on the floors. When Rohit was approached to host TV Reality show KKK, he nodded a yes after discussing with Ajay.

But the actual reason for the lag is not Rohit hosting the TV show. But it is Ajay Devgn who is caught up with the shooting of Prabhu Dheva's Action Jackson. Supposedly Ajay was supposed to wrap up the shoot by the end of this year and then move on to Singham 2 with Rohit. But when Prabhu, took time off for promotions of his last stint R... Rajkumar, things got delayed and there are portions of the films that are yet to be shot.

So mutually Ajay and Rohit have decided that Singham 2 will kick-start in April 2014 in Mumbai. In the meanwhile, Rohit can shoot for Fear Factor and Ajay will fulfill his prior commitment with Prabhu.

The 100 crore club's reigning director, is replacing Action King, Akshay Kumar as the host of the show. We all are well-acquainted with Shetty's flair for action in his films and now the show will also witness Rohit performing some daredevil stunts himself.

So after flying cars, matadors, bikes, jet skis, heroes, and almost everything we might even get to see flying Rohit.
