She looks like a kid. What's with Bollywood and Indian TV launching 14/15/16/17 year olds?

The lead in Veera is 16, supposedly playing a 21 year old. The girl in Sasural whatever Ka is freaking 15, the dude cast opposite her is twice her age. The girl in that Prateik Babbar film this year was 16. Hansika Motwani's mother made her work since she was 15/16.

i think tis not right i mean liek prachi desai she was 17 when she played didi for girls older then her it was quite funny..

but guys why do they always say sneha ullal looks like aishwarya okay maybe coz she has green eyes but for me she looks more like mayuri kangoo..
