Ranvir is impressed with Kareena. Nilu tells PK that she wants to leave Mahila Samaj and do a part time job. Nilu requests PK to keep this a secret. Kareena feels bad after knowing about Nilu's work. Ranvir humiliates Mongia over some official matter. Ranvir informs Kareena about this and she goes to apologize to Ranvir but finds herself helpless. Mongia is about to throw his job up but Tribhuvan changes his mind. Ranvir asks Pari about Kareena as her mother. Pari is very happy.

In front of Tribhuvan, Nilu pretends that she was at home throughout the day while Tribhuvan pretends that he was with his laughing club friends. Stalin Vasudev, the right hand man of Ranvir joins Chamatkar and Ranvir introduces him to Kareena as his most trustworthy man. Kareena notices Ranvir's changed attitude towards her. Tushar happens to see Ranvir and Kareena at a hotel and bangs into Kareena. Ranvir picks up the opportunity and asks the staff to throw Tushar out. Tushar examines Kareena whether she will stop Ranvir but she doesn't. Tushar is thrown out of the hotel. Kareena stands shocked and shattered.

Tushar lands up at the interview angry and hurt. Laxmidas enquires about Tushar's connection with Chamatkar. However, Tushar aliens himself of the name. Tushar gets the job. Ranvir is increasing his curiosity towards Kareena even more and decides to propose her for marriage. The Pandeys gather at Nilu's house for dinner. Tushar announces he has got a job. Ranvir calls Kareena for a dinner meeting. The room is full of candles and he proposes marriage to Kareena. Kareena is stunned.
