MJ wants to pacify himself that he did not come for Tara but he did come for Tara whether with or without dadu.

HE has totally fallen for tara and hence in the hospital was seeing her in the nurse's outfit reminding him of the fast that needs to be broken

@enlightenme: Mj was not thinking about his promise to Nimmo... rather he was troubled with the fact now that he has accepted Tara as his wife her expectations & fondness will grow more... & he won't be able to fulfill all her wishes... that's why he mentioned phasi ka fanda in the last scene.
