Originaly vidur had already warned them and since they live in the lakshagrah for almost a year, so a secret passage was dug out so they could escape when the house was set on fire.
In the show it looked like they will just have to get out.No time to dig any passageway.
Lord krishna will hint at arjuna that they should go into hiding if something drastic happens.So he already knows about it.

Even in original ... why did purachan had to wait for 1 year and then too Pandavas themself set the house on fire and escaped through the tunnel. Jalana hein to 1 ~ 2 week mein hi kam nipta sakte the na ... and why the hel Pandavas were staying 1 year in a new place ...

Here I guess Arjuna would make a tunnel with his arrow and then pandavas would escape ... in 1 week Draipadi swawanbar ... bechari Subhadra
