About her pregnancy?

Does she have no faith on Jagya and Singhs?

Does she think Jagya will force her to terminate the pregnancy?

Doesn't she expect anyone in Singh family to support her?

Why hasn't she confided this to a single soul?

What's with this lying and trying to hide everything?

She probably thinks that once she passes the stage of pregnancy, where abortions cannot be done easily then it will be easy for her to carry on with her pregnancy. Otherwise J or family may ask her to terminate it in initial stages.
However, she does not realize that if she wants to continue with this pregnancy, then she needs extra care and support which she can only get if she tells someone. And none better than her doctor husband. She needs to understand that she can't work like this and take stress, in a very sensitive pregnancy like hers.

@Esha

I know she's waiting to cross the stage when abortion won't be easily possible.

But why doesn't she trust Jagya and Singhs? She has no faith that they'll support her?

Can Jagya just force abortion on her? Is this the only faith she has on him?

It's really wrong of her to hide such a big thing and not tell anyone about it.

Atleast if she had taken some family member like DS in confidence then perhaps she'd be better taken care of. Now she has triple stress - of work outside and home and of making lies and excuses to hide this pregnancy.

If she wants to carry on with this pregnancy then no one can stop her. So why not be upfront about it?

Because she knows the reaction and the resulting tension. sometimes one is forced to hide.
Ganga is not doing the right thing and she is paying the price for it and she may have to face severe indiction from none other than Jagya.

Jagya won't force her but he can emotionally blackmail her to for abortion...she has faith in Singhs but she knows that Jagya loves her more than anyone else so he won't even care what Dadisa wants and will be stubborn to go for abortion...i find this pregnancy full of nonsense and very regressive in nature...Ganga has now completely forgotten about Mannu...we blame Dadisa and other Singhs that they do not care for Mannu but when his own mother is least bothered about the child then it's a total waste to expect others to care about Mannu...look at Dadisa...she has gone bonkers...she is ready to take the risk of getting Ganga pregnant...she will definitely support Ganga in this pregnancy by talking stuff like killing a child is sin and all that...i hope Jagya says that after this preganancy if Ganga dies he will have nothing to do with both his kids...he will not be responsible for their upbringing and noether he will ever be with them like a father should

@ Skepblun, agree with you and that is why this pregnancy track is not getting down the the throats of so many viewers.
To start with, J said he is contented with Mannu, so G should trust him and confide in him

Singhs are not tormenting her in any nature so she can trust them too and for be upfront on what she wants. Surely Singhs will support her or take extra care of her, only if JaGan chose to go with this pregnancy, with both their consent.

Besides, as you said, if she does not want to terminate this pregnancy no one can force her.

And being a nurse she very well understands the consequences of stress on her pregnancy. So it is sad that an educated G is made to do all this crap by CVs instead of showing her fairly bold about her decision.

By hiding this G is losing a lot;
- Singhs and J's trust and faith on her
- Risk of her life or loss of unborn child due to added stress generated out of constantly looking for excuses.
- Loss to Mannu and J if something happened to G

But if she shares and declares to continue with the pregnancy then at least she will be looked after well with proper medication and support from family.

And then they can hope that all goes well till the end, but what she is doing now is worse.

Why Ganga is so obsessed to become a mother afresh? again ?

Is she considering it as her duty to produce a "waris'' to the Singhs' family ?

Now her life is at stake! She is prepared to sacrifice her life for this meaningless purpose !

What about Mannu, for whom she fought ferociously with her ex husband? Why she wants to put him under the care of Singhs, in case something goes seriously wrong with her? Is it necessary ? Is it not doing harm to her own son ? Why she is not realising that Mannu has only a mother whom he can call his own in this whole world !

I think Jagya did a grave mistake ...by revealing her health condition in front of the entire family !

It is his and his wife's personal problem ...and he has to deal with it in a delicate manner .

Both of them have to sit together and discuss about the pros and cons and then only they have to reveal the problem to the family...that too if and when necessary!!

A mother's plight in neglecting her own son for giving a son to her mentor...a paradox in any mother's life...

Where it went wrong ? Who is responsible? the family ...the irresponsible mother to be ...or the immature Doctor husband ?

But here a woman's life is at stake !

oh! comeone now...jagya was very sensible in the way the broke the news...he never expected his smart educated wife to be so stupid that she will risk her life just to fulfill some stupid wish...it's only ganga's fault who is least bothered about mannu even though he is her own child...one can discuss pros and cons even after revelaing it to the fmaily...i feel ganga was beign rash in her decision...she being a nurse should ahve understood she can indeed have many options of having jagya's child whcih doens't involve this risk...normally every educated couple goes through many tests and councelling before coming to a conclusion that there is no way for such problems...they just don't consult with one gyno and end the topic there specially if they want their own child...here jagya being a doctor did not once thought to take ganga to some better hospital and get rechecked and even come out with solutions? BV is always very wrong in showing educated people...they take everything emotionally and never opt for practical ways...look what rubbish that ansh are doing...taking adoption like some social service...if there is someone who needs to get pregnant than it's anandi the aimless interfering bahu with undigestable goodness

Agree especially the bold part. Ganga is a nurse and she should know what the test results mean. But creatives want to show her like any 'good' bahu of the serials who can sacrifice herself for the happiness of her in-laws. That is why she is hiding the pregnancy till it is too late for abortion. Does she think that eating badam will make her so strong that she and her baby will survive even though as per test report, her uterus is weak and cannot sustain pregnancy, so there are more chances of abortion than her own death. Creatives are hell bent on spreading misinformation. Look like they will again show the scenario that they repeated earlier --either can save the child or mother.

Ganga should think of Mannu- he needs her. Nobody pressurised her to go for pregnancy at present. If she got pregnant by chance- she should have confided with her husband- who will take necessary action- he is a doctor and he knows what to do in such cases - may be he could take her to specialists in bigger city. Hiding and waiting for miracle is the worst thing that they could think of.

Is Ganga's love, faith and understanding with Jagya so weak? That she cannot break news of her pregnancy to him, cannot ask him or EB him to devise ways in which they can carry on with this pregnancy?

The neglect of Mannu is criminal. Today Ganga should have talked a little to Mannu also but she put all efforts only in cheering up Nandu and lecturing Gehna how to treat kids. Readily said it was Mannu's mistake.

Where are those days when she would scold Mannu but then take him in room and talk lovingly to him?!

The way Ganga's behaving now, only appeasing the Singhs, it seems as if Mannu was nothing else but an excuse to make JaGan connect and sanitise their love story.

Has Ganga realised why Mannu's so restless as a child?

He's always with Nandu or in balwadi. His own mother has left him. She only ensures food for him. But food can be given to pets also! Where's the time and care that mother should give to child? Especially one like Ganga who moved earth and sky to get her child?

She's hiding this from Jagya to avoid his EB. But isn't she putting them in helpless situation and readying to EB them in future to give in to her wish?

She may survive miraculously. But this lying business and not sparing a thought about what would happen to Jagya and Mannu if she's no more were not at all excusable!
