The relationship aspect n the balance was a different take of mine



Remembering a few of your points n giving my take on it..

Sorry, my perception of the karwa chauth drama was different.. Both were just playing an ego game.. If he was that worried about her health, he wouldn't have ordered a double shift.. Anger n ego surpassed his concern for her.. If he was concerned, then he should have been sensitive to her wishes of keeping KC n making sure she doesn't overwork herself.. That too knowing that she was so stubborn after last years KC... Both behaved stupidly!!it was a complete mockery of the spirit of the festival.
As for the director n everything he accepted related to the movie, remember the cvs projected it as RK was haalaat ka Mara n majboor. Beggars can't be choosers.. If RK would have a choice, he wouldn't have done any of that.. Madhu made it clear that no one is by your side n only Mehul can help you.. So everyone had to dance to mehul sir tunes n RK became convinced of Mehuls capability..This was what was projected in the entire drama..

Most important aspect of the heroine track was that Madhu was helping RK n not that RK was supportive of madhu, etc, etc.. The track was about Madhu's sacrifice n her selfless love for RK.. This is what the cvs projected n time n again they keep repeating.. How the track was packaged, what the track was all about inherently, how the track was projected n how that was perceived by the audience , everything was diff.. It was one hell of a fiasco in every sense.. 😆

As for supporting Madhu as a heroine, remember she was a one take artiste.. She never had any difficulty at all.. If he was supportive of Madhu's wishes, then he should have scrapped the intimate scene when she asked.. The possessive husband didn't think at that point of time ki poori duniya dekhegi uski Madhu ko...At that point of time movie was important for him, so he convinced Madhu.. First day she got scolded for not being present mentally on the sets n Sirji as usual said sorry for that behavior of his..

Only in the paralysis n that rat bite issue he stood by her. Now this is what audience expects from RK.. He was completely in character. ,

Since the premier, he doesn't trust Madhu.. He believes dipali, paabo, Riya, cheque n every aira gaira natthu khaira... If he would have trusted her love , he would not have blamed her for MC... That is why yesterday's dialogue of his he spoke about distrust from his side.. Most part of the conversation was only from the start of RKs bad behavior which is 2-3 months

Even in yesterday's conversation, RK himself indirectly put the onus of their relationship on her. His entire argument was as such that he accepts Madhu to support him. My problem is with that .. Why should he not talk about being an equal in their relationship n tackling problems.. If Madhu says main sab theek kar doongi, then even RK is expecting that only.. This was the attitude that got reflected.. Why does he not talk about his responsibility towards the relationship n taking equal charge???
This is what she asked.. If I don't work for our relationship then it will be over coz u don't do anything. This has been true in the " pichle kuch dinon" 😉 their conversation was very centred around the time since RK has been behaving like a jerk..

One possible - very frivolous note of jubilation - I dislike that black-and-grey sari.😆 The black is graceful, but the combination with the grey just feels odd.😕 Never wanted to see Madhu wearing that, so hoping Ria's wearing it means Madhu won't be shown wearing it in future.😳

Looks like MB's movie career has been shelved. RK was normally reading a movie script and comments like desh ka sabse bada superstar are back. CVs seem to have understood at least one lesson. Abhimaan track is just not working.

Hope they are really done with the 'unexpectedly' overshadowed but 'inexplicably' insecure superstar-husband theme.
I'll even make do with the disappointment of Mehul not having been punched unconscious for offense on a far more effectively destructive scale than Amar Behl ever aimed for.🤢
And hopefully Roma can disappear now that she doesn't have more fire-stoking to do. The duplication of the "Simmy's mother" persona is excruciating.
