I am confused Sameer has is own IT company then why a American company appoint him as MD .Why he need that job when he has is own company or did his company and American company merged . Pls someone clarify my doubt .

Most likely this was done as a way to rush the marriage. Sameer is not as good as it seems. There's something fishy and this may be a part of the plan.

And the companies didn't merge. In today's episode it was shown that Sameer dissolved his company.
