Is it that she is trying to create a desire in him to live by reminding him of the life that is ahead, trying to invoke his dil into finding a reason to live?
Every word she is uttering is basically to make an impact on him in his silent reminiscing moments. Imagine when he is back in jail, these are the things that will come back to haunt him and may be, eventually make him want to life, give him reason enough to live.
She is trying to "jaago" that insaan in him. (that is why in the beginning of y'day's episode, she said "u may have been a jaanwar, but I am gonna make u an insaan) It is clear cut, that she wants him to have a normal (family) life and not be a saint who pays for someone's sins.
She is trying to tell him, though not in so many words to relinquish his sainthood and to stop playing Jesus that pays for someone's crimes and to let the sinners get just punishment.
