Well yes in a way...
She did not want to marry Rubal becos she loved Rohit. They had planned to run away on the wedding day but the plan went wrong and she ended up getting married to Rubal. She ran away after the wedding but Rohit and Latika had played a game to make Rohit look like a cheat. Pankhuri comes and convinces Payal to come back. But then Rohit contacts her again and convinces her that she had misunderstood what she had seen
