Mr. OBS/tarun/skunk.. can kill bani too.. he's obsessed wit her.. when one is obsessed.. they don't care about wat's right and wat's wrong.. and since he's "obsessive" over bani. not being able to see her wit any other guy - jai walia in this case.. he can kill her.. he can harm jai.. he can harm krishna.. and he can very welll harm bani.. (God forbid to above all)

well i was watching betiyaan - and the dude in that show (bhavishya) - killed his grl (preeti) .. cuz he was also OBS.. and she told him to get treatment.. and that she was leaving him.. sooooooo he strangled her by saying.. u can't leave me.. and he kept her body locked up and went to see her 'body' everyday
