There is a story , I know.once during navaratri festival my grandmother invited sri guru kabir.he is considered a guru with great knowledge about Hinduism.he narrated the story that once a demon called navjoht cursed goddess durga that she would be born as woman who would be destined to marry five men.his curse came true and durga was incarnated as draupadi in dwapar yuga.it is believed in parts of india that draupadi was incarnation of durga. She is also worshipped as draupadi amman in tamil nadu, women fasts and men walk on the fire for her blessings.

same for me too. draupadi was the first woman in arjunas life where he met subbhadra after so many long years. not only subhadra even draupadi was his favourite.

If the show hadn't wasted time on this stupid Subhadra track, I think Draupadi Swayamvar would be here by now or in the next week. Instead we still have a few weeks to go!
