The CVs were throwing as an awkward attempt to show that she fell in. Still doesn't excuse Shlok. He's disgusting. That's not anti-hero behavior. The original anti-hero asked if the girl was okay. Yes, they copied a scene from IPK and yet appeal that this show is different and cannot be compared.

Shlok is just a psychopath now. Those cannot be seen as heroes because they cannot reform.
