The Santacruz Police had booked Kohli under sections 324 (voluntarily causing hurt by dangerous weapons or means), 504 (intentional insult to provoke breach of peace) and 509 (word, gesture or act intended to outrage the modesty of a woman) of the Indian Penal Code.

The Lonavla Police further added IPC sections 294 (obscene acts and songs), 506 (criminal intimidation) and 354 a (sexual harassment) in the complaint against Kohli.

Some of those accusations are a joke. If the Indian police followed any of those penal codes in general, a good third of the Indian men would be behind bars. 🤪

When did Armaan sexually harass Sophia? Can anyone elaborate on that?

Hmm.. I don't see how he can be charged if Elli isn't filing charges against him. I'd think the accuser has to initiate the proceedings.These are grave accusations, if nothing comes of them, Sophia is probably going to be sued for defamation.

I doubt any of the housemates would stay mum if one of them was sexually abused. Sexual assaults are a serious issue. Even the BB team wouldn't have taken that lightly.

I think Armaan might have used some beep words against Sofia. That can be taken as sexual harassment. BB will obviously beep the beep words but those might be in raw footage.

That can apply to Pratyusha for calling Tanisha a bar girl
Can be applied to Tanisha for saying how Gauhar-Kamya need men in their lives.

Arman abused people verbally but did not anyone (asif and sopia cases were accidental ).. but he was respectful towards girls in BB House

The sexual harassment might have been all nasty sexual things he said towards her. Called her naked woman, etc. Sexual harassment is verbal too, not just physical.

He was respectful of women? 😕 He told Elli he wants to see her do yoga in a bikini. He has said nasty things to Kamya and Gauhar.
