He hadn't deliberately hit her so I don't think that's gonna happen. Armaan will stay but I doubt if he will win.

I will be curious to see Tansha's reaction. If she has any sense she
should drop him like a hot potato. She should have done this a while
ago. But better late than never they say..

Why shd she? She has seen the incident live. She doesn't like Sofia either.

But Sofia also pushed Armaan once and we all saw it...what would happen to that and then Kushal hitting Andy and later threatening to kill him?

This is only investigation. Unless they have arrest warrant they can't arrest somebody. Police first needs original footage. Then if proven that Arman has hit Sofia then magistrate will issue arrest warrant then comes arrest. Arman's powerful connections will by that time do something weird to doctor the footage. i know. but wouldnt colors want to save its reputation from all this?

im only talking about his eviction from the show, i didnt say anything about him getting arrested.

but accidents dont happen deliberately.

if we start going by that logic that it wasnt deliberate so nothing will happen, so there will be so many hit and run cases where noone will be punished.

action should be taken for this case too!

We don't know that as no one has seen the full footage however what was shown seem to be an unprovoked attack by Armaan.

The faces and reaction of the other contestant which was clearly shown seemed to me that something serious took place which is why it has not been aired till date.

So in that case Kushal actually hit Andy. That wasn't accident. By accident I meant Armaan and Sofia were tugging at the mop and the end of the stick hit her chin. That's what they said even after that when Ajaz Gauhar and Kushal were showing off her pink bruise. Hit and run cases r totally different. It's not like for like here is it?

The only one who gave a facial reaction was Gauhar who was sitting at the back seat. In the front were Ajaz, Tanisha and Kamya and all three didn't react. Ok Tanisha is Armaans friend but what abt Kamya and Ajaz? So going by that we can decipher it wasn't a huge attack from Armaans side alone.
