Yes it is against the rule but this year in BB there's no rule because Arman has hit Tanisha, Andy, Asif nothing happened then too. He hit Tanisha twice but not for once BB said anything about it.

Biggest attention seeker of this season is Arman as per me because he didn't leave a single contestant from his constant verbal or physical abuse.

Yes there's news too that she will sue Colors. But first obviously she will file report of the offender , then comes the channel abetting the offender.
