the reason i feel this is done is the actress or actor may have a sore throat or sumthing and cannot talk in his or her voice,so they only mime and sumone else speaks .......i do not know the technical reason behind it but it is unnerving as we r used to the original voice.......some voice overs for sridevi was done by rekha as sri's accent in hindi was bad but later she developed her way of talking......i've done Phd in this.....😆😆
