Chapter 26

It was around 6 in the morning that manyta woke up, rather her pillow was too uncomfortable and hard, she tried changing her side sideways to find a soft spot , um the pillow smells nice, she thought. Finally she opened her eyes and the scene left her mouth wide opened. She was SLEEPING on uday's chest, hugging him like a pillow. She blushed at the thought and looked at uday, he was sleeping like a child, the innocence visible on his face. She wondered where she was, when did they reach jaigarh? Who brought her here? Uday? oh god!! The thought of uday carrying her to the room made her blush hard

Manyta got up and covered uday properly in the blanket, and went to freshen up after cleaning up her side of the bed. Even when she returned uday was sleeping, she took her luggage and took out a light blue jeans and pink t shirt, but then she returned it back as she remembered that they were in jaigarh and they people there would not like if she wore western clothes, especially as she was the maharani, that's when she remembered uday had brought her salwars and sarees. ah!! He is so thoughtful"

After selecting a yellow and black anarkali she wore them along with matching jewelry, she used to hate wearing all these huge jewelry but now, it made her look good. She put on her mangal sutra and filled her maang with sindoor. Her hands were adorned with bangles, she looked like a typical Indian.

She left the room and went down the stairs to the main durbar of the palace, she knew the palace so well as she and unnathi would come here every year during vacations, during that time she never bothered about her dress, but now, the situation is different na, she thought.

"Namaste maharani saiba, aap ut gaye?" asked one of the servants in the home. soon in a matter of seconds the entire staff of jaigarh surrounded manyta and started to introduce them selves . manyta joined her hands in together and greeted them back. they made her sit on a chair and brought her tea and snacks. They insisted her to have breakfast which she politely refused saying that she would have it with her husband.

Finally she asked for a cup of tea for uday and took it to wake him up

" kitni pyaari ladki hai na" said the ladies among them selves

She entered her room and found uday still sleeping. She placed the tea on the bedside and sat on the bed next to him, she could not help herself from caressing his face and out of instinct she kissed him on the fore head.

Uday had woken up around 5 am, that was when he saw manyta sleeping on his chest, he did not know why but it made him happy, he did not want to disturb her nad so he hugged her and slept. He did not notice when manyta had left as he had fallen into a content sleep.

The sunlight woke him up and as he was about to leave the bed he heard the door opening, only his wife would enter their bedroom so he faked his sleep to see her reaction, through slightly opened eyelids he saw her. She was in a salwar, and she looked so beautiful. the matching jhumka earring and bangles added to her beauty. He was shocked as she caressed his face and more shocked when she kissed him. my jungle billi, he tought. Uday decided to do some acting, he grabbed manta's hand which was on his face and hugged it , turning his body to the side. It seemed a innocent move, just like one would grab one's pillow and hug it , manyta did not know how to react. Her hands was trapped.

" uday!! uday wake up na, please, please"

" ummm, let me sleep manyta, please"

" uday utho,my hand"

Uday opened his eyes lazily and murmured a " good morning" and a huge yawn, he had not freed her hand yet

" uday my hand"

"oh, I am sorry, I did not..."

" it's ok, mistakes happens" she beamed at him" here's your tea, get ready and come soon, the breakfast is served"

He looked at her receding figure and wondered if anyone would believe that they wanted to literally kill each other just 2 days back, and now they understood each other better. "who said miracles don't happened' it happened right here, god I thank you for this, please keep us happy forever." Prayed uday.

Manveer spent the whole day spent touring jaigarh, manyta and uday visited the old people, the officials and even played with the local children. The people treated them like celebrities and the aged blesses them. It was a very meaningful day in their lives. That night manveer had agreed to attend a festival at jaigarh and they had returned to the palace to freshen up. The women folk at jaigarh palace had already left for the festival and just the manager and the watchman remained. Uday had his shower and had entered the room to see manyta trying to hook her blouse, clearly she wasn't able to do it and was struggling. She was in her petticoat and her innerwear.

Uday stood there like a statue. She was a goddess, a golden idol. He had to be a blind man if he said her presence did not affect him, He decided to help her, and went behind her and hooked the blouse

Manyta shivered as she felt uday's hands on her back. the touch was electric, it felt so natural yet out of the world

"thank.. thank you" manyta said

"you are welcome, how did you get the blouse, we just bought these yesterday na? enquired uday

" I asked the ladiesin the morning if they knew how I could get my blouse stitched for tomorrow and they stitched the blouse by evening, they are so kind" manyta was blushing as she felt uday's gaze on her

" the people here are really kind." Added uday. the scene in front woke so many unfamiliar feeling in him, her milky white skin, the blouse that hugged her figure, he felt losing control over his thoughts. But then he did not want to do anything rash that would deteriorate their relationship that was just patched up 2 days ago. He cursed himself for acting like a teenager

Manyta too was affected by uday's charms, she had been attracted to him right from the time he had started working for her. It was only because he had refused her that she reacted violently. She knew the truth, deep down she loved him, she blushed as she saw uday bare-chested. " how does he get time to stay so fit and tempting?" she wondered. , she felt embarrassed by the way her mind worked.

Stealing glances at one another they dressed up, manyta got dressed up in the saree, but she made the mistake of wearing heels . as she took a step forward her heels got caught in her saree and she tripped, and landed on the floor.

"awww" she screamed. Uday ran to her side," manyta are you ok?" he asked and his voice was tensed. He carried her to the bed and placed her gently over it.

" my leg, awww, it hurts" uday tried to tough her leg but she winced

" stay still manyta, let me get a doctor"

Uday went and called his manager and mangager immediately contacted the docyer

Within 15 minutes the doctor came and examined manyta," its nothing than a small spain, it should get well in a few hours, just don't strain yourself"

" thanks doctor" uday escorted him outside.

As uday returned manyta asked " what about the festival uday?"

" manyta you heard what the doctor said, take rest. , we are not going, I will tell the manager"

Uday sent away the remaining people in the mahal. He went to the kitchen and prepared 2 cups of coffee for them and brought it upstairs. Manyta was trying to walk when he was entering in.

" what is this manyta? Did you not hear what the doctor said" uday said in a annoyed voice.

" I think I am ok, my feet does not pain, owww" she winced

" yes I see its not paining, now on the bed now"

Manyta obediently sat on the bed, her pallu had slipped down, but she did not notice, uday came and sat in front of her. The blouse had a low cut and it made her irresistible. Uday tried a lot to look elsewhere but then his eyes shifted on her time and again

"uday?" manyta asked confused by his behavior, and it was when she noticed that her pallu had slipped down. She pulled it up

uday looked away embarrassed and looked away " i..i am sorry, I should not have..."

manyta did not know what to say, they were alone in the whole palace and even her body was not helping too, a thousand butterflies fluttered in her stomach.

Uday quickly took her leg and started massaging it...

" uday what are you doing?"

" massaging your feet, is it a huge crime?"

"no, but..."

" just rest ok, drink the coffee and go and sleep"

" sleep? So early ?"

" why, you have some other plans ?" he teased

" er... i... er..."

"I was kidding , princess, sleep. We are leaving for the farmhouse tomorrow"

" ok, good night"

But that night both of them could not sleep, they were aware of each other's presence, and each other's heartbeat. Manyta took the first step and asked " uday? are.. are you awake?"

Uday answered " yes,

" are you not sleeping?"

" I cant sleep"

" neither can I"

"do you love me uday?" came a sudden question

" I love you manyta, you are my wife"

Manyta switched on the table lamp and sat up. " can you hug me?"

Uday was surprised by this request but obliged her, he too wanted to touch her, he scopped her in his hands and gave her a tight hug

"I guess I should go and change, this saree is making me uncomfortable" manyta said moving away

" can I help you?" asked uday with a smile on his face

Manyta was shocked by his words, this was the most romantic words she had ever heard. She lowered her head in a blush, uday walked to her side and pulled her towards him and told her" manyta, I love you, and you are the most beautiful woman I ever met, I never thought I would be saying these words to you 2 days ago, but now, I love you manyta, I love you more than I ever loved anyone, more than myself, can I love you tonight"

"aw uday!!! " manyta hugged him back." you make me feel so special, I love you so much. Please , love me tonight"

Uday kissed her on her forehead, and then on her cheeks and when he was about to kiss her lips, she slightly pushed him away and moved away as she was shy. Uday caught her pallu and pulled her towards him," are you shy?"

" no,,,I,,,"

" then prove it" uday challenge her

Manyta looked away shy, but then in a flash kissed him on his lips, uday was shocked, he pulled her close and completed the kiss with more intensity, it was their first ever kiss, it was slow and then it developed into a passionate kiss. They were exploring each other, it was an escape route for their long suppressed desires...uday's hands roamed on her waist, his touches were driving her crazy. They parted for air, yet they were not ready to leave each other. He moved his attention to her neck. The mangalsutra over there showed that she was his, only his, he kissed her on her neck and moved downwards, he removed her saree and there she stood only in her blouse and skirt. His hands traced her back, while his touch sent shivers down her spine.

Manyta grew impatient, she tried removing his shirt as she wanted to touch his shirt, uday understood it and helped her do so, she traced her hands on his prefect chest, she pushed him on the bed and climbed on top of him, uday looked surprised, she just bit his nipple hard and uday cried out

"what the manyta, you are attaking me,"

" who asked you to be a saint? Attack me too"

" is it a challenge?"

" if you say so"

Uday unhooked her blouse and innerwear too and moved on top of her. He started to kiss her on her br**tand slightly biting her

Manyta remembered her dream with uday and how he was loving her in it, and now he was loving her for real.

They continued to kiss and caress each other and slowly all their clothes were away, they were both naked, they were ready to take their relation to a new level

Uday looked at manyta for permission, she looked tensed

" what happened, manyta?"

" its.. its my first time"

" mine too, if we get tensed we may never take our relation to a new level, manyta can i?

" yes... I love you uday"

Uday and manyta then became one in all senses.

" thank you uday" manyta said after their love making session, uday hugged her tightly and placed a kiss on her forehead. They drifted to a happy contented sleep
