Xactly rekha. As far as I know, in cases like these there wil b a poaer of attorney, I think dats wat its calld, werby sum1 wil b givn caretaker chrg. They r d only ones who wil hav any control ovr d wlth til d 3 mnths r up.

Raghu was so powerful and strong in the bank scene and when it comes to Shivani he becomes too soft. Hasn't he reached his breaking point in regards to her already. He should now know that she has been completely brainwashed in what she thinks of Raghu and he needs to take some firm action.

Never really hated the character of Shivani, but I'm reaching that point pretty fast.
