Kai po che is one of the best films this year and one my most favourites... SDR in comparison is not 20% as good as KPC .

I liked both the movies. The best thing about both the movies was that they left behind a message, provided food for thought, but were not preachy- they relied on the situations in the story to convey the message subtly to the audience.

KPC is excellent overall. SDR in comparison has some flaws. But SDR was more entertaining I guess, the kind you could watch for laughs (and Sushant's adorableness❤️). Credit for that goes to Jaideep Sahni who wrote the screenplay and witty dialogues. KPC you feel like watching again and again bcos you notice new things in the movie every time you watch it, which you hadn't noticed previously. It's indeed a beautiful film with a climax that brings tears to your eyes.

All 3 songs of KPC's album were good. SDR had some good songs, some not so good.

Cinematography excellent in both. Chemistry between the actors excellent in both. Performances great in both.

Overall though, my vote would go to KPC. One of the best films this year.

Kai Po Che was amazing, one of the better films of 2013.

SDR was so crap, didn't even know what the hell was going on. Was Maneesh snoozing throughout the making of the film? 😕
