Khan's new love nest is a double flat â Nos 1704 and 1705. His neighbours are delighted.
"We knew he is shifting into the building, but didn't know he would be our neighbour," said Mohid. And his 12-year old daughter Arshi could not conceal her excitement. "I am his fan... I can't believe it," she gushed. Another neighbour was all smiles too when we knocked on her door.

a month ago | Montreal is one of a trio of buildings â the other two being Blue Mountain and Royal Resort â which are inter-connected. The complex, constructed by Ajmera builders, has become famous because many celebrities have bought flats here.
The three buildings together are called the MRB Federation, the name being derived by putting the first three letters of the buildings together. Bought it a month ago
We spoke to Nandlal, who is chairman of the federation. "Saif purchased the apartment about a month ago. I think he bought it on resale. If I am not wrong, someone had invested in that flat earlier and sold it to him," he said.
However, according to Saif's neighbour Mohid, producer K C Bokadia was staying in 1704-1705 till recently. Jassi moves out
Mona (Jassi) Singh was staying in the same building, on the 19th floor, till about a month ago. "Her father was a great friend and very useful to our society," said Nandlal. And TV actress Kainaaz, who was also seen in Khamosh, lives on the third floor. Kareena may shift in
"Kareena Kapoor is also negotiating with the Ajmeras to buy a flat in either Montreal or Blue Mountain," said Nandlal. From what we hear, she will buy one of the apartments in Montreal.
Maachis hero Chandrachud Singh has moved into Royal Resort, on the 9th floor.
Saif wanted Royal Resort
The complex has basement parking for 275 cars. Construction started about five years ago and residents started moving in since the last two years. "We still have a few flats vacant in Blue Mountain and Montreal. Royal Resort is full â Saif wanted a flat there, but we had no vacancy," says Nandlal. Apoorva and Shilpa too
Apoorva Agnihotri (Armaan Sir of Jassi Jaissi Koi Nahin) and Shilpa Saklani (Kkusum of Kkusum) stay in Blue Mountain.
"People prefer Montreal, because the view is better. Royal Resort is the first choice if you want a larger flat (which Saif clearly wanted, because he opted for a double apartment in Montreal)," said Nandlal.
"We don't know when Saif will move in, if he will move in alone, or with Rosa. He has not officially informed the society about the date of his arrival."
When last contacted, Saif denied buying the flat . "Why would I shift from Lokhandwala to somewhere so near? I would prefer Juhu instead."
