HelpDesk

First thks a lot for having a helpdesk, it is very useful.

But i have noticed that if the HD (HelpDesk) is bit organised it wud be helpful 4 the ones asking for help & the ones giving help. Some queries in middle are / may be left unanswered So y not making separate categories & giving a link below, where we can post queries instead of posting in the HD itself. This is wat i mean :

1. Queries relating to update written / video:

<...link....>

2. Queries related to pics / avis / images:

,......link....>

3. Queries related to PRC ...useful for new members:

<......link....>

4. Queries related to IF..how to upload videos / pics etc:

<....link....>

5. Any other queries:

<...link...>

This was just a suggestion😉.

yes i also think taht this is a better way of organising the hd. the present hd is a bit haphazard.
