It seemed like all the divan e khas scenes were shot at the same time coz all the outfits are same, evn their placement is same even the girl tasneem is standing exactly in the same place in the same dress even in the divan e khas called in the middle of the night and Mahamanga is shown without the head injury which apparently caused so much bleeding. I guess the director didn't want to call divan e khas again n again n shot them at a stretch that's why poor jalal didn't even get time to change his outfit.
