What is the criteria of featuring in top 10 list. How do they finalize the celebs ?

I have Seen Kushal in Big boss . Siddharth is million times better looking and Smart and SEXY than him . I would choose Sid over him Any and Every time . Sid is a Super ⭐️

Who cares whether Sid is in top 10 or not?,...for me he still remains sexist and intelligent most actor i have ever seen...you don't get beauty with brains much so i am happy the way Sid is and no list can make him less ⭐️
