Kusum may love Saras a little, but she isn't in love with him. When you love someone, truly madly deeply, then you put that person's happiness and well-being before your own.
Now she put her "love" of Saras before his love for Danny and for Kumud, and her own so-called love for Kumud. Yeah, Saras saved her, but he did it in part because of how he feels for her sister, not her. Saras is always nice to her, because he's a nice guy. Not because he secretly has the hots for her. Kusum could not draw the line between obsession and love in its real form.
Even Pramad knows now what love is, even if not in a complete form. He is willing to give her his own trust fund, he is willing to stay in her house instead of drag her to his own, and he is going for treatment because of what Kumud wants. It may not be enough to give her a divorce, but at least he isn't pretending that Kumud is in love with him or that his love will be enough to make them stay married. He isn't delusional on that level. He loved Kumud enough to admit his own flaws and try to save Kusum from disgrace. He has stopped hiding behind his own name.
