OP and HP followed and helped her up..She tried to walk...her foot was twisted...She struggled and walked to the front yard...It had chairs and people were sitting there...Khushi gasped...It was an auction, of Shantivan...Nani ji and Mami ji were standing near the table, tears flowing from their eyes...

The bailiff was reading out the courts orders...the house was to be auctioned today and it will be sold to the highest bidder...

Khushi asked OP for the cell and called Arnav ji...No reply...Then she called Aman..Glad Dadi jis cell had all the imp numbers...Aman answered on the second ring and Khushi asked for Arnav...Aman informed her that he was in a meeting...Khushi told him everything...and said...Ask Arnav ji to come and save Shantivan...NOW!!!

Aman was shocked to hear all this...How can it be auctioned? He was sure Shyam had made fake papers to carry it out...He said...Khushi ji, Arnav ji and I will try to get there as soon as possible with the files...You try and either stop this auction or be a part of it...

Khushi and Mami ji looked at each other and then at that man and said..What? We are not clowns...and we have full right to bid...

The bailiff intervened and said...Yes, they can bid too...Its an open auction...

The huge guy asked for a break and grabbed the thin guy next to him by his collar and said...Shyam had assured me that I WOULD BE THE ONLY BIDDER HERE...AND IT WOULD BE A CHEAP SALE...WHAT IS GOING ON? Shyam has already cheated me, by giving me wrong info on that big deal...He'd better not repeat his mistake...

The thin guy was Shyam's assistance...he was now shaking and said...Mr. Bhaskar, I dont know them...I dont know what is happening...Shyam Sir said, I was just to see it all go through easily, get the check from you and return to him...Let me call him...

Mr. Bhaskar took the phone from his hand and pocketed it and said...You are not going to call him...You just stand here quietly...Shyam better NOT CHEAT ME...

Khushi recognized the speaker and she was at peace...Her Arnav ji had arrived...

Arnav boldly walked in, with files in his hands...He handed them to the Bailiff and said...Im sorry to interrupt, but this is a null and void auction...And I object to it...This property can not be sold or transferred for ten years...

Arnav handed the files to the Bailiff. Mr. Bhaskar was now red with anger...What do you mean?

The Bailiff raised his hand to quiet Mr. Bhasker and took his time in reading both the files...Then he announced...These files prove that this and the other garment factory's property, that was to be auctioned also... Cant be sold for the period of ten years...

Mr. Bhaskar showed him Shyam's files and said...What about these papers? These two properties belong to Shyam...

The Bailiff said... Now we have to check which papers are fake and which are genuine...The actual owner will have to prove himself in the court...For now, I will be sealing both the properties in four hours time and I am stopping the auction...

With that the Bailiff left...leaving instructions for Arnav and told him that he will be returning in four hours to seal the house, till its owner is proven in the court.

Mr. Bhaskar looked at Aranv and said...I wont leave you...

Arnav...But, I havent done anything but saved you...If this auction had been carried on...You would have paid Shyam and he would have disappeared...Then you would have found out that this was a fake sale...This isnt Shyams property...So, I saved your time and your money...

Mr. Bhaskar was silent for a while and said... If Shyam can cheat and sell such a nice guy like you then he can cheat me too...Im sorry I ever did business with him...I tried to ruin you and use your information to get deals...and you have saved me from such a big fraud...Im ashamed to face you...You were my foe, but now im indebted to you...If you ever need my help, do let me know...

With that Mr. Bhaskar left , taking Shyam's assistance along with him...dragging him by his collar...You are going to take me to him...right now...He will regret cheating me...

Mami ji and Nani ji ran and hugged Arnav. Both were crying and said...Khushi saved the house...or else...
