So much agree with you...I have made a similar post. From last two days the forum seems to be divided between Saachi and Dhruv...this show gives so much food for thought.
Well my point is exactly as yours.

ha ha truly... kaha hum saruv k baare mein likhenge... yeha toh divide ho gaya hain sab.. 😃 CVs must change the track.. though i think they will as the Saruv romance is coming soon as shown on sbs..

But these rifts are the essence of the age gap which is the crux of the show. These are very essential to show how these differences effect peoples lives...but their treatment in this show is awsome.Truely the cvs surprise us all the time with the variation they give in episodes. One episode is super romantic...the shift of situations and we have an untra gloomy episode where Saachi throws DV out of her house and he is crying...then we have such a thoughtful episode and show us the realistic picture and then there will be romance back. The cvs of this show deserve a standing ovation.
I think they are just showing two contrasting sides and throw some emotional stff in. Saachi has allowed herself to be treated like dirt by her family (see how prachi teats her) and lacks confidence, whch makes her short sell herself. At this point she is thinking she is not good enough
