Two irritating women stood out in episode after weeks again.
Ira openly admitted that this truth of Shiv not being her son had broken her "ghamand" of having given birth to a son like Shiv.
She tried saying she had no "prob..." if Shiv wanted to call Meenu his mother. But the way she trailed off showed she did not have the heart to do so.
I can't feel for her because in every situation she barks "main seh nahi paungi". When she didn't have a kid she was saying the same. Now when she got a kid and basked in glory for 30 years then again she says she can't tolerate. 🤢

I thought it was extremely regressive of BV CVs to have Sumitra make a face when Gehna talked of Ganga-Jagya getting some time together. Why?! Does their being together now not matter because their togetherness can't yield a padhpota?! 😡 Can't couples be together for the sake of it? Is spending "time" equal to "trying for a child"? Do they have no right or is it useless to spend time together if they can't give birth to a child?!
DS at least gave example of Mannu. But Sumitra brushed it off as bahaana! 😲
I am shocked why DS never gives example of her bond with Basant and how Sumitra has easily forgotten Sugna's child Varun despite talks with her samdhan sa on accepting a child who is not your family's khoon.
She was making faces even when DS was talking about supporting Ganga and saving her life. Why?! Bahu is only child bearing machine?
Sumitra only barks on Jagya's happiness or lack of it. But no comments on how Ganga must feel.
Why such a big deal about a child so soon? And why forget Mannu?
Poor Mannu it means is only at balwadi, handled by Jagya or tolerated by DS. No one else gives a damn?
Importance of biological child cannot be undermined. But CVs are negating their previous messages for adoption and reaffirming stereotypes and prejudice that people have in their minds.
If Jagya's not unhappy then why does Sumitra feel he's unfortunate? She may feel unfortunate herself for not getting her own pota but why she's using Jagya's luck as an excuse?
Singhs only claim to accept or take care of Ganga. Their acceptance of Mannu is far from wholesome. Don't they realise their behaviour can make Ganga feel worse?
If Ganga dies then Singhs deserve worst curses. Even if she survives miraculously, still I'd curse Sumitra for endangering Ganga's life and nearly stealing Mannu's mother and Jagya's wife from them!
This is extremely wrong that bearing child is the only thing that matters and woman may die or risk dying but she has to give a child of family bloodline to her husband and in laws no matter what!
Can we get Ira and Sumitra thrown out of this serial for some months please?!
