Great! Thats what i was thinking too that she shouldnt waste time on a case in india as nothings gonna happen there. She should either do it through embassy if shes a British citizen or directly there. Good for her.

sofia mentally challenge nahi hai agar koi mentally challenge hai wo hai buddha armaan jo is show main rahene ke layak nahi hai uski koi self respect nahi hai aur wo super class uski doormat. loved sofia.

But can she even do that? I dont think so.

The so-called crime happened here in this country and so I believe the case would fall under the purview of Indian police. I really do not know how she can file the case in UK for something that happened here in India.
