Hrishikesh Pandey was born on 11th December 1974 in Jalandhar, India. The talented actor is married to his beautiful wife Trisha and has a very cute little son called Dakshay. He enjoys watching shows which are informative and knowledgable, the channels he is fond of are history channels, National Geographic and Animal Planet/Discovery. Furthermore, he also has a interest in watching news channels. Hrishikesh loves to read shayari and also enjoys writing. When he came to Mumbai to become an actor, he was alone in the city and in his free time, he used to pen his feelings on a piece of paper and read poems in his leisure time. Additionally, he is very fond of music, especially light music and ghazals. Hrishikesh has never been into any kind of parties or controversies. He believes his attitude to his work and his honesty has clicked for him in the television industry. The actor believes in leading a simple life! The actor who plays the role of Inspector Sachin in CID feels that 'audience adores the character, not the actor' and the fans connect to the character more crazily than the actor so it should not affect him as a person. Other than that, the versatile actor is a big fitness freak and strongly believes in maintaining a healthy body. Hrishikesh works out three days a week and he makes sure he walks, jogs and eats right to stay in shape. He is a non-veg so his diet is balanced. When the handsome actor was a model, he liked Dino Morea's body and now likes Vidyut Jamwal's. In females, he thinks Lara Dutta has the best body. Hrishikesh is certainly a master in staying fit and healthy! He is not only physically strong but very very strong mentally too...when he came to Mumbai, 11 years ago, his father was diagnosed with cancer but him and his family fought it and today his father is fit and healthy! He is indeed a gem!
Hrishikesh is most popular for his role in CID as Inspector Sachin. He was also seen in CID Special Bureau as Abhimanyu before entering the show as Inspector Sachin. Pandey has acted in many different shows with different kind of roles each time!
