Forget about somewhere else, my neighbors got their daughter married when she was still 17, (this is the case of last year) as the guys father was critical and wanted to witness his son's marriage before he die. But however they kept it under wraps and had not even gave the clues even to us, their neighbors. We came to know about this only after she went to her in laws after her exams and were shocked to hear that. But we could not complain to authorities as the marriage had already happened and if it gets broken, the girl will have to suffer. mOre over by the time we realize the fact, that the girl had attained 18 years and atleast they allowed to attain 18 before going further in married life.
