It would make sense if she has an LTFE connection somehow and joined the ATU with this in mind -- to sabotage from within. Then won Jai's trust and that opened the door to everything. If she is, she's a heck of an actor (as in her character...)
She's the one who is after getting Jai's son to Mumbai; and then Raunaq gets killed.
And of course, the fake Max enters the safehouse just after she leaves!
