A girl is lying on hospital bed, something creeps under her blanket and when it reaches her face she screams(she's killed I think).. while voice over says "Badrahi hai khauffnak Rose ki shaitani taqat,aur JD ke pareshaniyaan bhi" and JD is shown on hospital bed crying in pain,he's screaming holding someone's hand "Maitri zinda hai."The girl in precap is sitting on a swing with weird n evil looks...JD in hospital scene and also some other scene where JD is at some dark place n screams are shown and the voice over says Kya JD bachapayega apne betiko khauffnak Rose se.
