You all were right! Jalal accepts that even he is within his new Law's ambit.
Adham khan calls out Jalal on marrying Ruqaiyya at the age of 11, and when she was 9.
"Bahut khoob Badshaah salaamat! Par us Gunaah ka kya Jo Aap kar chuke hain? Ruqaiyya begum se nikaah karke jab woh 9 saal ki thi aur Aap 11 ke?
To agar yeh Kanoon sacch hain, to Aapke bhi nikaah Gunaah hain."
Jalal gets up from his throne in a fury! Yelling "Adham Khan"! Maham yells at him too.
Ruqaiyya comes out very angrily, saying he has hurt the Mallika-E-Khaas. !
Adham says, "either let me marry Tasneem, or the Emperor whom I respect a lot, should divorce Ruqaiyya."

P. S. Ruqaiyya, is angry with Jodha!! Jalal silences Ruqaiyya when she shouted at Jodha. Jalal, tells Ruqaiiya "you're not only my Begum-E-Khaas but also my best friend, ,my best confidante. Adham khan I've never liked to be honest. Always forgiven him because he is my milk brother & Maham Anga's son. But this time, this time he has crossed every limit.
