Why Deepika rejected Fast &amp; Furious 7...

If there's one thing we all love about Deepika Padukone, it's her professionalism. Proof of this is the fact that the actress actually gave up the Hollywood biggie Fast & Furious 7, as she had prior commitments in the form of Happy New Year and Finding Fanny Fernandes. This, even though Fast & Furious is one of the biggest Hollywood franchises. Good going, girl.

the producers claimed that they never even approached her. it was on FF facebook. its her bogus PR running all over.

Non-existent role nahi re. She went to L.A., gave an audition for the main role, got rejected on Jan/Feb 2012. Yeah, that was lonngg ago. Later when the makers of F&F7 auditioned for a small role (They wanted a South Asian girl), her PR published the fake news saying she was the one who got the role. 😆

The actress, who's just got back from Los Angeles, was apparently one of four Indian leading ladies who were invited to audition for a major American film. Sonam Kapoor was another actress who reportedly got the call, but didn't bother to make the trek to LA. In the end, it appears the studio opted for a Latino leading lady, leaving Deepika's and the other Bollywood actresses' Hollywood dreams incomplete.
