among other hindi serial i think vani rani can take in hindi
i think it is worth what do u say

how radikaa will manage.. if she acts only it will click.. i don't think chithi version of hindi clicked... people based purely in south cannot get succeed in North.. they needed to get all people from north.. or south people settled in north for direction, story rewriting according to the taste, location , all technical people has to be from north for that matter..cultural integration is very important for acceptance..

i don't think radaan production is good in selecting the cast as far as north side is concerned.. chithi flopped to the same reason.. flop actors choice.. i wish the chithi actress was Rati pandey (too young that time) or Saakshi tanwar would have made it a huge hit.. also they should try to get their shows in starplus for a start but they start with zee ..

ya i agree with u but now radikaa hads improved lot she know all the tricks in many language. hope she can succeeded in hindi too

Vani Rani can make it in Hindi provided it has a strong cast and strong direction. For eg who can act equally to Radhika's//venu Aravind's characdter

It is dubbed but I think the original plot was tightly kept because it is one gem of a story. 😃
The hindi version is called Choti Maa - ek Anokha Bandhan.
I only know that Vaishnavi Mahant played the role of Sharda, the role Raadhika played in Chithi.

The song shows some resemblance but there are very obvious changes as well which made me think that this was also done with the plot.
See if you can recognize the faces, you have the main cast name but their roles are obviously not mentioned in the video

Chothi Maa should have had more success than it experienced because if offered a different story. At times, where the only thing you could see was MIL torturing DIL, this showed a beautiful relation between a step-mom and her step-daughter.

The reason why it failed can clearly be rooted to the cast.

If they are to make VR in hindi, I think that they should hand the remaking rights to someone who is very experienced in the Hinidi Market like Vikatan. Vikatan handed the start of Thirumathi Selvam to Balaji Telefilms for them to work and build to their likings. This is a great idea as Pavitra Rishta saw great success. So, VR's settings and characters can be molded for the later stages for the Hindi people to accept it.
