Ranbir Kapoor gears up for a tough look in Bombay Velvet

Ranbir Kapoor, who has succeeded with his lover boy images so far, is all set for a tough look in Bombay Velvet. Ranbir will be seen playing an intense character in this Anurag Kashyap film. He has worked a lot on transforming his body and making it appropriate.

The first schedule of the film, which was happening in Sri Lanka, is complete and the team is gearing up for the next one starting in January.

Ranbir's pairing with Anushka Sharma is garnering a good interest towards the film. It is also the first time that Ranbir is working with Anurag Kashyap.

Ashwinder Singh, who trained Ranbir Kapoor says, "We are working out twice a day doing a mix of strength and conditioning. We are also doing a lot of martial art training and kick boxing. We changed up his diet to put on lean mass and pushed him beyond his limits".
