I like the story it was genuine problem then. But Jodha's arguments doesn't strike well for a 16th century setting. Her forcefulness and stubborness in this matter is making look like she just stumbled upon Tasneem first one she has ever met to have faced this issue. Is she picking fights because she has now realized women in hindustan were forced to marry men they didn't love. And her whole bashan on love was a huge turn off, because marriages were not made for love back then. The only person I liked are the bad guys MA and Adaham have more real hold of the situation because they are dealing with it realistically. I was also thinking what jurisdiction does Jalal really have to stop Adahm consider the law is on his side. Jalal did point that out today that the law must be followed, but Jodha does remind him that the law can be changed. I liked the fact that Jalal had to remind her not to tell him his duties.

No matter how this track ends Jodha is in big trouble, MA and Adaham will both be gunning for her and Cheapo in the background. I hope before we jump into the next lets get Jodha in trouble track we seen some romance. Which leads me to what was supposed to be a turning point with Jalal feeling his heart. And here comes my first criticism on Rajat's performance, that scene just did not cut it. His body language was off and did not suit such a momentus point, it was too cliche and kind of out of the blue because the transition was not done effectively. I would say dialogues given to Jalal were not top notch. I think they were tryint to show Jalal as cute, but I found it off putting. Jalal is such a polar character, whether it is anger or love or passion he does it to the extreme, maybe overdosed cuteness is not something that suits him. The scene looked forced, like Rajat was trying very hard to carry sub par dialogues to give it some substance, but not even he could salvage this. So at the end of this scene I realized I don't like over cute Jalal.
