Kusum should be happy that at least Mohan is her own age even if he isn't Krishna. At least her family didn't let her marry some out of shape ugly middle-aged guy.

I could understand the suicide attempt if she was going to go with the lamo that Yash's mom came up with. But just to escape some cute guy who only wants the best for her is a bit much.

She's lucky her family cares so much for her.

I do not understand when Kusum is not in love with Mohan, she does not want to marry him but here Saras is not in love with Kusum why Kumud wants Saras to marry Kusum? Is is fair?

It is not fair at all. The reason why Kumud wants Saras to marry her is because she feels like she is the older sister and Kusum is a weakling, also because Kusum has convinced her that fate will always find a way to keep them apart so he may as well marry Kusum instead. She feels like Saras won't let anyone suffer so to save her pathetic sister's life, a sister who would rather die than force herself to marry for the family name like Kumud did with Pramad, she is supporting the unthinkable.

Kusum should be thankful that even after so much she has someone like Mohan. Kusum has gone mad over someone with whom she has no future with. Kusum needs to realise Saras is not and never will be hers.

Kusum is so blinded by her own infatuation that she overlooks the obvious, that Saras has never ONCE looked at her or held her of his own free will. Yes, he saved her from kidnapping and yes he put the kamarband on her but he was just being a good jiju and she told herself it was all "kismat"? Even Pramad with all of his selfishness doesn't delude himself into thinking Kumud loves him, he knows she can't stand to be with him and he is ok with it.

Kusum stood there and hugged her sister like it was nothing after she tells her that she loves Saras. Well, she obviously doesn't love her sister enough to stay away from her guy.
