Jodha : Salima Begum! ...why this weird smile ? 😲

Salima : Ah nothing. It's an old habit of mine to smile whenever trouble is round the corner 😊

Jodha : But... what kind of trouble are you in now ? 😕

Salima : Shahenshah has named me a Khaas Begum along with Ruqaiyya Begum. This is a problem! But I'm happy that YOU have also been named a Khaas Begum and can share in my troubles. Now let me explain in riddles. It doesn't matter if you don't get what I'm asking you...just keep walking.

I love her too!! 😆

But she didn't exactly say that. She called out Jodha on her silence on the fact that Jalal named her publicly , as a Khaas begum. Everyone else knew it already!!

And then when Jodha was secretly delighted & kept quiet, she said ," Waise chup rehne mein razaamandi ki khushboo aati hain. Par agar Aap iske baare mein Kucch nahin kehna chahatee, to Hum zor nahin daalenge."

Jodha looked all the more embarrassed!

yes yes ... Salima is so wise it all sounds like gobbledygook to me. Main thing is, Jodha understood but pretended to be clueless.

honestly this khaas class is umm ... classy.

Hope one day Shahenshah will ask my opinion on things too.
