I no that prem became sick n all n then there was Mukti's hamsakal..

How did Prem regain his strength?

Prerna found mukti's hamshakal called devki...she helped prem get cured in da process devki fell in luv wit prem... wen prem got better he fought devki waz mukti... but wen he found she wanst he waz reli pissed...but den he slowly fell in luv wit her....n dey spent a night 2gether... da next day devki jus left...no1 knwz were she iz....but i fink after da leap she will return probably wit prem child!!!

debo nevercame back after mukti died.prerna ffound devki and brought herhomeand prem statred reactin to her, and then they recreated the accident, and anaihita tries to kill prem, butdevki sayshim, and gets hit in the end and prem comesout of his shock, and thinkin her to be mukti he takes her to the hospital. and both of them survives, and later it is revealed tht devki is a bank robber but she falls in love with prema and becomes good,and aparna returns and she tells prem tht mukti died and devki is not mukti, and prem starts to be rudeto devki later he starts missin her and after a lot of dramawith the help of prerna,omi and sneha he realise tht he loves devki, and he propose to her and they spend a night together and next day mornin when he wakes up she was not there and she has not returned after tht, and now prem has become UD again. this is wht is happenin with prem.

and there is a newcharacter introduced panchin, she looks like the new love interest for prem not very sure.
