TAAREY FF - * No Life Without You *

Chapter 7

She could still feel the intensity of the accident that happened back then. She was lucky enough to get saved , Doctors had said. But to her , she was unfortunate enough to get saved. If she hadn't , she would've been away , Far away from this mess.

Flashback .
When she next opened her eyes , she found herself in a hospital surrounded by doctors. She forced her eyelids to open , but there was a lot of pain in her head . It felt like it would burst , and her eyes would pop out any time but she still searched for the 3 people she knew would come. But no , they weren't . Instead , there was an elderly lady .
This lady must've brought me here , she guessed.
Lady - Hello , are you Okay my child ?
Taani - um ... Yes . Thank you so much for bringing me here.
Lady was surprised that how did she get to know about that. But she realized she was simply intelligent.
Lady - My child , Anytime. What is your name ?
Taani - I am Taani , Taani Shekhawat.
Lady - so Taani , is there anyone I call for you ?
Taani was about to call Rey's name but she remembered what had happened the other day. So unwillingly she told her Bhai's no.
On the other side , Swayam was with the whole gang. His phone beeped an unfamiliar no. He didn't pick up , but when it beeped Taani's name , he was about to pick up but Vicky snatched his phone . Vicky didn't want Swayam to talk to Taani.
Lady - The person isn't picking up the phone. Any other contact ?
Taani - um... Yes .
One by one she gave everyone's no. But no one picked up , so at last she gave her best friend Ranbir's no. He picked up , panicked when he heard Taani was in hospital and agreed he'll be there as soon as possible.
Taani - Thank you aunty.
Lady - Its okay. I'll be leaving now and your friend will be here any time.
Taani - Yes , sure.
Flashback finish.

She dragged one more sip of the drink , and took another one fully knowing it would intoxicate her . But today , she wanted to escape from this mess.

Flashback
Ranbir had arrived , and the moment he saw Taani he jumped into the bed hugging her. When she winced in pain , he left apologizing.
Ranbir - So how did this happen ?
Taani had her tongue tied . He was her best friend so she decided to tell him everything. From the starting , she commenced her story and in middle she allowed herself to cry a bit. When she finished Ranbir was in rage by now.
Ranbir - Swayam is your brother or your enemy ? Does Rey even love you ? And Sharon .. You call her your best friend ? And The whole gang .. Gosh ! How could they ?
Taani couldn't reply to these questions . Instead she hugged him , and cried till she slept.
Flashback finish.

Ranbir was her best friend , and he had been loyal to her till date. He was the only one she had , whom she could trust blindly. Rey , Swayam and Sharon and lost this place.

Flashback .
She had recovered by now , and doctors had discharged her stating that she was healthy by now but she needed to take rest and not to indulge in any painstaking physical activity. But she had made up her mind that she will attend the college. She had missed all of them , and she couldn't deny that fact.

In college .
Swayam - Rey , I don't know where Taani is . She hasn't come to home since days.
Vicky - So what ? Must be with another boyfriend.
Swayam - Shut Up , Vicky. Don't forget she's my sister.
Vicky - and a Traitor.
And Taani entered the room . She looked weak and pale , with a small white bandage on her head and her hand was fractured .
Swayam - What the hell ? Taani , are you okay ? What happened ?
Rey - yes , Taani are you okay ? Did you have an accident ? Why didn't you inform us ? We had been so worried !
Before Taani could say something Ranbir entered - I guess , its high time to stop showing fake concern.

Swayam - I am her brother , and you better shut up.
Taani literally laughed when he said ' brother ' . And Swayam looked at her with pain written over her face .

Taani - Brother ? What have you done so that I can call you my brother ? I met with an accident and I was in hospital , with my f**king hand fractured . I called you many times , not only you but the whole gang. No one picked up , and all the time I was hoping that you didn't forget that you had a sister , that all of you didn't forget that I existed. And believe me , if I had the power , I would prefer dying there.

Flashback finish.

She grabbed the car keys and headed towards home. Home, which was shared by her Brother Swayam. The alcohol didn't seem to work tonight because she found herself in the midst of thoughts, all of which were related to Him. She still drove and made her way towards home.

She knocked the door and waited for Swayam to open it. She was surprised to see Avi opening the door.
" Hey, darling. Come in."
" You, son of a b**ch. What are you doing in my house?"
" Swayam asked me to come over."
" Who's there Avi? " Rey asked.
Rey went ahead to see who was there and was rooted to the spot seeing Taani half drunk. All their happy moments came running to his mind.

" Taani, you Okay? " Swayam asked.
" Why are you even bothering? Just ask this bas***d to get out ! "
" Taani, his name is Avi and he's here for some college related work "
" Screw him then. I'm in my room and please, for god's sake don't come into my room"

Saying this She walked into the room, threw her purse and sat on the couch.

On the other hand, Avi had made up his mind. He had to do something before he gets too late. He asked Swayam and Rey to leave for college to meet AVP showing the letter of confirmation , which was obviously a trap. He wanted Taani alone in the house to work out his plan. Rey felt suspicious of Avi but he shrugged off this feeling and both of 'em left.
" So here I come, Baby " Avi thought.

PRECAP: Avi trying to kiss Taani forcibly; Rey comes to her rescue; Rey's confrontation to what Avi did and How the gang turned against Taani and feels guilty.
