Prerna, hands down!
Then it's not really a poll for the sexiest mom, IMHO, because the rest of them are "hot & cute" but definitely not sexy. Although I would say, Narayani of Piya Ka Ghar and Sangeeta Ghosh of Des Mein Nikla Hoga Chand/Virasaat can give Shweta(Prerna) a tough competition.

ganga...she is the only one that actually looks like a mom and looks good.
No offence to nandani fans...but if i were looking at her for the first time i would have never thought that she is a mother. 😆
